Furthermore, we operate under a circular manufacturing model, which prioritizes the production of high-quality, lower-carbon-emission steel using EAF technology, where recycled ferrous scrap serves as the primary input. This approach establishes Fabrik as an EAF steelmaking and circular manufacturing industry leader. Project Overview
In collaboration with Regent Energy Consulting, CED Schnell Engineering delivered a Solar Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station at the University of Abuja, supporting Nigeria’s transition toward clean energy, electric mobility, and sustainable campus infrastructure.

Abuja–Shiroro 330kV Substation Extension
CED Schnell executed the extension of the Abuja–Shiroro transmission substation, including the installation of two (2) 330kV outgoing bays. The project strengthened one of Nigeria’s most critical transmission corridors, improving power evacuation capacity, grid stability, and national energy security. Execution was carried out under strict safety, technical, and regulatory standards.
Sarkin Power & Tungan Mallam Rural Electrification Projects
CED Schnell delivered end-to-end electrification for underserved communities, covering line construction, transformer installation, and last-mile connections. These projects enabled first-time access to reliable electricity, supporting local economic activity, public services, and long-term community development across rural Niger State.
33kV OH ITC Line Installation – Airport Infrastructure
Working alongside Julius Berger, CED Schnell installed a 33kV overhead ITC line to support critical airport infrastructure. The project demanded high precision, tight coordination, and zero-downtime execution due to the sensitive operational environment of aviation facilities.
33kV OH Line & 500kVA Substation Delivery
CED Schnell managed the supply, installation, and commissioning of a 33kV overhead line and a 500kVA transformer substation. The project reinforced regional power distribution capacity and demonstrated CED Schnell’s ability to execute EPC-style electrical infrastructure projects efficiently and safely.
National Power & Telecom Infrastructure Support Projects
Across multiple engagements, CED Schnell has supported Nigeria’s power transmission, distribution, and telecommunications infrastructure, delivering substation works, network upgrades, and electrical systems that enable reliable power and digital connectivity nationwide.
